Hon. Shri Vijay Ghonse Patil is the Chief Executive Officer / Executive Director of Osmanabad District Central Co-operative Bank. Education of Mr. Ghonse Patil M.A. (Economics), M.B.A. (Banking and Finance), CAIIB, CTF, CCB, HDCM, GDC & A. He has also passed Diploma in IT. Mr. Ghonse Patil has held various posts in Nanded District Central Co-operative Bank from 1986 to 2011. During this period, he also served as the Executive Director of Jayashivshankar Co-operative Sugar Factory for one year. While working in Nanded District Central Co-operative Bank, he has done an excellent job as the Chief Coordinator of Prof. Vaidyanathan Committee Working Room under the Agriculture Loan Department at the Headquarters. He has also worked as a Master Trainer under Prof. Vaidyanathan Committee. During the same period, as per the recommendation of Prof. Vaidyanathan Committee for VK Seva Sahakari Sanstha, a policy was adopted to adopt the same accounting system for all the Sansthas. Accordingly, a good guidebook was prepared for the secretaries of the service organizations by preparing a guidebook on uniform accounting for all the organizations.
As per the recommendation of Prof. Vaidyanathan Committee, training programs have been conducted in a total of 72 places in 17 districts of Maharashtra on how to make uniform deposits. Mr. Ghonse Patil has been the Chief Executive Officer of Dhule and Nandurbar District Bank from 15/06/2011 to 30/06/2014. Dhule and Nandurbar District Bank has obtained banking license for a period of 3 years. Significant increase in share capital in a short span of three years, as well as fatigue and NPAs. He succeeded in reducing the accumulated losses by recovering the debts incurred. Following the acquisition of a share capital of Rs 49 crore by the state government, the bank has been given a banking license by the Reserve Bank of India after 60 years considering the financial situation of the year 2013. Dhule and Nandurbar District Bank has been honored with the award of Best Youth CEO of DCCB for the year 2013 at the national level by Banking Frontier for its 2 years performance. Mr. Ghonse Patil has also been honored with the award of Excellence in Co-operative Banking 2013 by FACE, a social and economic organization based in New Delhi. Mr. Ghonse Patil has been honored by Bhagwan Bhau Gawli Mitra Parivar, Dhule and Pune District, and Mr. Dhule Nandurbar District Bank Aji, former employees with honorary certificates and emblems. Mr. Ghonse Patil's Assistant Banking, District Supervisor. Sangh, undesirable differences as well as scholarly articles on the subject of Prof. Vaidyanathan Committee etc. have been published in the magazine Sahakar Maharashtra published by Maharashtra State Co-operative Union. Ghonse Patil is the Chief Executive Officer / Executive Director of Osmanabad District Bank from 2016 to 2019 and then from 2021 to date. At present, all the employees of Osmanabad District Bank are conducting Satyagriha for the recovery of overdue debts of the members and institutions of the Osmanabad District Bank.
There is no doubt that in the near future Osmanabad District Bank will come out of financial difficulties due to the efforts of Mr. Vijay Ghonse Patil and will continue to serve the account holders in the district. Terna Shetkari Co-operative Sugar Factory in Osmanabad district is working as a liquidator and they are trying their best to run such factory in the long run. Also, Tulja Bhavani Shetkari Sahakari Sugar Factory has been given to run a competent factory in the previous season and the bank will get financial income from the rent received from this. Overall, Mr. Ghonse Patil's experience in banking is useful for the upliftment and prosperity of Osmanabad District Bank. With the support of the newly elected Board of Directors and the efforts of Ghonse Patil, Osmanabad District Bank will no doubt emerge as a financially viable bank in the near future.
Shri. Venkat Limbraj Ghogare is the Deputy Manager of this Bank. He started his service as a Clerk in 1990 and is now the Deputy Manager. He has been entrusted with the charge of Administration, Finance, Recovery and Law. Mr. Ghogre holds a degree in Arts and has received the highest degree of Cooperative Management in Co-operation (HDCM). He has a long experience of 32 years in the banking sector. He has worked in various positions at the branch level and most of his service period has been spent in Finance / Recovery, Non-Agriculture, Accounts, Administration Departments of the Headquarters. He has played an important role in agricultural lending policy. They include efficient leadership, teamwork management, integrity at all levels and integrity.
